History

Bill Palmos, one of the firm's founding partners, opened up his first office in 1945 just after the close of World War II.  In 1950, after 5 years of operating above the Hearne Post Office, he moved his practice to its current location on 306 Cedar Street.  On January 1, 1969, Bryan F. Russ, Sr. and Bill Palmos joined together and opened the law firm of Palmos & Russ.  Thereafter, James H. McCullough and Bryan F. Russ, Jr. were named as partners and the firm's name expanded accordingly.
