Bryan F. Russ, Jr. ("Rusty"), a managing partner, joined the law firm in 1983.  He obtained his bachelor's degree from Southwestern University in 1980 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1983.  He is a life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and he served on the District 8-A Grievance Committee for over 16 years.  

Rusty focuses his practice on personal injury, condemnation, real estate, family law, banking law, oil and gas, municipal law, criminal law, business law and litigation.
