James H. McCullough, a managing partner, joined the law firm in 1980.  Mr. McCullough graduated from the University of Texas in 1976 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979.  Mr. McCullough was the Robertson County District Attorney from 1985 to 1992.  He is licensed to practice in the federal courts, including the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Jimmie focuses his practice primarily on oil and gas, real estate, banking law, estate planning, wills and trusts - estate administration, family law, municipal law, and condemnation.
