Bill Palmos, one of the founding members of the law firm, obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas in 1939.  Mr. Palmos was the attorney for the City of Hearne from 1950-1983. Additionally, he was the county attorney for Robertson County from 1948-1952.  Mr. Palmos was an instrumental member of our law firm for many, many years and his presence at 306 Cedar Street will be greatly missed.  After his passing, the Robertson County Historical Commission, in 2008, compiled many articles Mr. Palmos wrote for The Hearne Democrat (local newspaper) during his lifetime and published those articles in a book entitled "Bill Palmos Remembers Hearne."
