MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION FOR TREY RUSS

HALF-DAY MEDIATION (4 Hours)

$450.00 per party

Morning mediation (8:00 a.m. to 12 noon)

Afternoon mediation (1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

FULL-DAY MEDIATION (8 Hours)

$850.00 per party

Times: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with break for lunch)

**Additional time, if needed, is charged at the rate of $100.00 per hour per party.

**There are no fees associated with a cancellation of a previously scheduled mediation.  Any fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.

Although first and foremost a full time lawyer engaged in the vigorous representation of clients, Attorney Trey Russ is also a licensed mediator in accordance with Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
