James H. McCullough

James H. McCullough, a managing partner, joined the law firm in 1980.  Mr. McCullough graduated from the University of Texas in 1976 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1979.  Mr. McCullough was the Robertson County District Attorney from 1985 to 1992.  He is licensed to practice in the federal courts, including the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.  He focuses his practice primarily on oil and gas, real estate, banking law, estate planning, wills and trusts - estate administration, family law, municipal law, condemnation, and hotel law.

Bryan F. Russ, Jr.

Bryan F. Russ, Jr., a managing partner, joined the law firm in 1983.  Mr. Russ obtained his bachelor's degree from Southwestern University in 1980 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1983.  He is a life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and he served on the District 8-A Grievance Committee for over 16 years.  Mr. Russ focuses his practice on personal injury, condemnation, real estate, family law, banking law, oil and gas, municipal law, criminal law, business law and litigation.

Molly A. Hedrick

Molly A. Hedrick is a 1979 graduate of Texas A&M University, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science magna cum laude.  She was awarded her law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1982, where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Order of the Coif.  In 1982, Ms. Hedrick began her career practicing business, oil and gas, and real estate law in San Antonio, Texas, before returning home to Robertson County and joining the firm in 1994.  Ms. Hedrick focuses her practice on oil and gas, real estate, family, bankruptcy, municipal, and business law and litigation.

Bryan F. Russ III ("Trey")

Bryan F. Russ III graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University in 2002 during which time he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.  He attended Texas Tech School of Law on a Regent's Full Scholarship and graduated magna cum laude in 2006.  While in law school, Trey won the 1L Mock Trial Competition and 1L Negotiation Competition, served as Chairman of the Board of Barristers, and was inducted into Phi Delta Phi.  Mr. Russ primarily focuses his practice on family law, personal injury, wills and trusts - estate administration, condemnation, criminal law, municipal law and litigation.
